Career & Technical Education
Weymouth High School is a comprehensive high school offering a ten-program Career and Technical Education Department, including Allied Health, Automotive Technology, Construction Technology, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Drafting and Design Technology, Early Childhood Education, Graphic Communication, Information Technology, and Metal Fabrication.
All ten programs are approved by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and prepare students for college, careers, and life beyond high school.

CTE Admission Lottery 2026
The Weymouth High School department held its weighted lottery for admission to the program for the 2026-27 school year on Thursday, March 26, 2026. A recording of the lottery drawing is available below. We received 326 applications for 200 places in the program. Using a program that randomly sorted and selected the weighted entries, 200 students were selected for admission and 126 students were placed on a waitlist. All families should have received notice of their student's accepted or waitlisted status. Please contact the CTE Director, Mr. Sam DePina, with questions about the admissions process.
