Transcript Requests

Graduates and post graduates from WHS can request their transcripts here.  To request a transcript, just click on this LINK and fill out the required form.

This form will provide us with the necessary information for you to obtain a transcript.  Be sure to answer all questions completely.

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days to process your request.

If you graduated from Weymouth Evening School, you will need to reach out to Tom Sheehan at thomas.sheehan@weymouthps.org to receive your transcript.
